An Awesome promotion shoot with LADbible and Tesco from within a Tesco store in Watford!
I had the privilege of working with LADbible and Tesco on a promotional shoot that brought my Stranger Portraits project to a much wider audience. This was a unique opportunity to take my usual street photography practice and adapt it into a professional production environment.
The project involved collaborating closely with a full creative team, including directors, producers, and sound technicians. Unlike my usual solo street work, this shoot required a more structured approach while still keeping the authenticity and spontaneity that my portraits are known for.

Working with directors meant translating my natural process into a format that could be filmed - breaking down how I approach strangers, how I build trust quickly, and how I capture their personality in a single frame. It was a fascinating experience to see my instinctive workflow turned into a visual story that could connect with an even larger audience.
I also had the chance to work alongside sound technicians and camera operators, which gave me a deeper appreciation for how professional production teams craft atmosphere and emotion beyond the still image. Every element, from the sound of street ambience to the framing of video shots, was carefully balanced to complement my photography and highlight the confidence-boosting aspect of the project.
The shoot showed me how my work can exist in different formats while still staying true to its core mission: raising people up, celebrating individuality, and normalising kindness. Collaborating with such a skilled team not only expanded the reach of the project but also gave me valuable insight into the technical and creative processes of large-scale productions.
